1. Overview

We want you to be confident shopping with Amino Geeks Ltd. This page explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders placed on aminogeeks.com.

2. Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)

You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after you receive your order to cancel without giving a reason.

  • Tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days (see Section 10 for how to contact us).
  • Return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.
  • We’ll refund the product price and the standard delivery cost.

3. Hygiene & Safety Exceptions

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed supplement products are not eligible for return once the seal has been broken after delivery, unless they are faulty or not as described.

4. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Hygiene seals (where present) must be unbroken.
  • Please include your order number inside the parcel.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Not as Described

  • If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, contact us and we’ll put it right.
  • You have a short-term right to a refund within 30 days of delivery for faulty items.
  • After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable time. If that isn’t possible, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

6. Returns Process

  1. Contact us first for authorisation and instructions: support@aminogeeks.com.
  2. We operate online only and do not accept unsolicited postal returns. We’ll provide the correct return address once approved.
  3. Pack items securely and obtain proof of postage. Keep this until your refund is processed.

7. Return Costs

  • If you cancel within the cooling-off period, you’ll pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
  • For faulty or misdescribed products, we will cover reasonable return costs or provide a pre-paid label.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence of posting (whichever is earliest).
  • Original delivery charges are refunded at the standard (cheapest) rate.

9. Exchanges

We’re happy to arrange an exchange for unopened items where eligible. Please contact us to check stock and options.

11. Wrong Address, Missed Delivery & Uncollected Parcels

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, we can resend (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price less any non-recoverable shipping costs.

12. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs forms, and any duties.
  • Clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid import charges. We cannot refund duties or taxes charged by your local authority.

13. Non-Returnable Items (unless faulty)

  • Opened or unsealed supplement products.
  • Items not in their original packaging.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

14. Proof of Purchase

We require your order number or receipt to process returns and refunds.

15. Sale Items

Your statutory rights apply to sale items. If faulty, you’re entitled to the same remedies as with non-sale items.
