2. Our Business

Amino Geeks operates exclusively online. We do not have a physical retail location or customer service office.
All orders are placed through our website, and all communication takes place via email at
support@aminogeeks.com.

Please note that we do not accept walk-in visits or unsolicited postal correspondence.
If you need to return an item, please contact us first for authorisation and the correct return instructions.

3. Scope

These terms govern purchases made on aminogeeks.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

4. Products

We sell food supplements. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary. Always follow on-pack directions and consult a professional if unsure.

5. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to purchase. Orders are for personal use only.

6. Pricing & VAT

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time before your order is accepted.

7. Ordering & Contract

1. Place your order at checkout; you’ll receive an acknowledgement email.
2. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods; at that point a contract is formed.
3. If we cannot fulfil an order, we’ll cancel and refund you.

8. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (processed by our providers). Payment is taken when you place the order.

9. Delivery

1. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; these are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide or a person you nominate.
3. If you arrange your own carrier (not one we offer), risk passes when we hand goods to that carrier.

10. Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

1. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after you receive the goods to cancel without giving a reason.
2. To cancel, contact us using the details above with your order number. You must return goods within 14 days of telling us.
3. We will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return.
4. Exceptions: For sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery, the right to cancel does not apply.

11. Returns Process

1. Return items in original condition (and unopened if hygiene-sealed) with your order number.
2. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
3. Please obtain proof of postage and keep it until your refund is processed.

12. Faulty or Not as Described

1. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us. You have a short-term right to a refund within 30 days of delivery.
2. After 30 days, we may repair or replace within a reasonable time. If that’s not possible, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

13. Subscriptions & Pre-Orders (if used)

If you purchase a subscription or pre-order, we’ll state billing frequency, next charge date, and how to cancel in your account area or via support.

14. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promo codes can’t be combined unless stated, may exclude certain products, and have published start/end dates.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. We are not liable for loss not caused by our breach or for business losses.

16. Events Outside Our Control

If an event outside our control affects performance, we’ll contact you and take reasonable steps; time to perform is extended accordingly.

17. Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use it without permission.

18. Privacy

Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
